Registering your child for Leaps & Bounds is quick and easy!

 

Simply provide us with the name and contact information for your child's school, daycare center, or church and let us take care of the rest! Just click the "contact" tab in the top right corner for information on how to reach us!

 

Once your child’s facility has agreed to participate, we will send information home with your child regarding registration, payment, and scheduling. Please review and sign the registration and waiver forms and return them to your child's class location. All forms can also be found under the registration tab on this website. Only children who have submitted signed registration and waiver forms along with payment will be allowed to participate.

 

Important Reminder: Please make sure that your child is appropriately dressed on the day of his or her scheduled gymnastics and tumbling class. Children should wear comfortable play clothes (preferably a shirt tucked into pants or shorts). Long hair should be pulled securely away from the face. Please no dresses or skirts. If you wish to receive a reminder before your child's scheduled class, don't forget to provide us with your e-mail address on the registration form!

Payment Information

 

If you are interested in the Leaps & Bounds Mobile Gymnastics and Tumbling program, please contact us at (630) 518-1770 or by e-mail at leapsandbounds14@gmail.com for pricing information.

 

We accept payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card. We will e-mail you an invoice when payment is due. From the invoice, you will be able to make an online payment. You can also leave cash or checks with the front desk at your location. Please be sure to enclose cash or checks in a sealed envelope with your child's name printed clearly on the front.

 

Tuition is due prior to the start of the first class of each session. If the deadline for payment is missed, contact Leaps & Bounds for information on how to enroll your child for the next class. Tuition will be pro-rated based on how many classes remain.
